Payment Options

The City of Carlisle offers several payment options for customers doing business with the City.

 
Autodraft of Utility Payments

We also offer an automatic draft option for utility payments. By signing up for this option, we will be able to electronically draft your utility payment from your bank. This automatic draft is done on the 21st unless the 21st is on a weekend, then the draft is done the next business day. To sign up for auto-draft, please fill out the form found at the bottom of the page and return it to Gabby Breheny at City Hall. 

Cash or Check

Cash or check can be accepted at the front counter at City Hall or via two secure drop boxes that are collected daily. One drop box is located on the east side of building at City Hall near the Council Chambers door. The second drop box is located in the drive on the west side of City Hall. This drop box is black in color and located next to the Library's book drop, between the Library and Fire Station. 

Debit or Credit Card In Person

We offer debit or credit card payments through a third party vendor: AllPaid. Card payments can be made at the front counter at City Hall. Unfortunately, we do not take card payments over the phone. All card payments must be made in person or online.

There is a service fee of 2.95% of the payment with a minimum fee of $1.00 for all debit or credit card payments. 

Online Payment Options

AllPaid is utilized for online payments as well. They utilize a website called govpaynow as the portal to process the payments. Online payments can be made for various types of payments including utilities, parking tickets, permits, and various others. 

There is a service fee of 2.95% of the payment with a minimum fee of $1.00 for all debit or credit card payments.
