Have you ever wanted to give back to your community? Boards and commissions are a great way to make an impact. Carlisle has several advisory boards and commissions that meet to provide oversight and protection over various aspects of the city.

These boards and commissions include the following:

Parks & Recreation Board - Guides policy and direction of Parks & Recreation Department

Library Board of Trustees - Guides policy and direction of Public Library

Planning & Zoning Commission - Reviews Development and Zoning Plans

Zoning Board of Adjustment - Makes decisions on special zoning uses and variances from city building code
