Mayor & City Council

Meeting Information

The mayor acts as a non-voting member at Carlisle’s monthly council meetings. The meeting agenda is posted electronically and at the city notice board outside the Council Chambers on the east side of City Hall.

Council may only act on items listed on the agenda. To get an item on the agenda for consideration or to get on the agenda for a presentation to council, please contact the city administrator, city clerk, mayor, or a city councilmember.

Each meeting has a time for public comments. Members of the public can utilize 3 minutes to discuss items of interest to the council or the community. Council may not take action on these items but may advise staff to report on or investigate the matter.
