Council Receives Options From City Engineer For Scotch Ridge Concerns

At the October 23, 2023 City Council Meeting, Mayor Merrifield and City Council received a memo from City Engineer Alex Schlader with McClure regarding possible options to address concerns at the Scotch Ridge Road Intersection at Highway 5.

Staff noted they were reviewing funding options to present at an upcoming City Council Meeting. Council noted that the public is encouraged to submit their comments on the memo. Those can be directed to individual elected officials or the city generally at cityhall@carlisleiowa.org.
