Water

Providing quality services, in a cost-conscious and environmentally friendly manner, to the people and visitors of our community is vital to the quality of life in Carlisle and one of the city’s highest priorities.

Monthly Rate: The monthly rate, is $7.00 for each one thousand (1,000) gallons used per month with a minimum of $7.00.

Bulk Rate: The bulk water rate is twenty-five cents ($.25) per twenty-two and one-half (22 1/2) gallons for water picked up at the water treatment plant. This service is coin operated and provided on the back side of the water plant.

Outside City Rate: The rate for water provided to consumers outside of the City of Carlisle is $14.00 per one (1000) thousand gallons used per month.
